Mi sheyesh bo yiras shomayim dvorov nishmo’im

There was once a chosid of the Rebbe Maharash who, under the circumstances he was in, was obligated to give his wife a get. The chosid, however, refused to comply with this requirement. The Rebbe Maharash called in the chosid, and demanded of him to cooperate and divorce his wife.
“Rebbe”, cried the chosid emotionally, “I am devoted to you with all of my soul, and I am prepared to do your bidding in any matter, but this is one thing that I just cannot do!”
The Rebbe Maharash responded: “If that’s the case, then clearly there is something lacking in the area of “mi sheyesh bo yiras shomayim” [ a reference to the words of Chazal that guaranteed that “mi sheyesh bo yiras shomayim dvorov nishmo’im, one who possesses yiras shomayim can be assured that his words will be heard]”, and the Rebbe Maharash leaned his head on his arms for a few moments. When the Rebbe Maharash lifted up his holy head and gazed back at the chosid, the chosid was suddenly gripped by an intense fear, and he exclaimed “Rebbe, ich gib glaich a get” [Rebbe, I am prepared to comply immediately and give the get].
